Men’s Bible Study
Scripture, honestly. A room of men working through the text together and talking about what it actually asks of us.
Monthly
His Spirit dwells
A community within a community
A young adult community at Sts. Peter and Paul Parish, for ages 19 to 39.
A community within a community
Young adults 19 to 39
Sts. Peter and Paul Parish
You’ve finished school, or you’re finishing it. You’re starting a career, or changing one. Maybe you’re dating, maybe you’re married, maybe you’re figuring out what you want. You still believe, or you want to, but the parish hasn’t quite had a place that’s yours since Confirmation.
WITHIN is that place.
We’re a young adult community at Sts. Peter and Paul Parish, built for people between 19 and 39. Not a program you sign up for. A community you belong to.
Come to everything. Come to one thing. Come to see what’s there.

The name
Low branches, common enough that Solomon measured plenty against it, and the one tree in scripture anybody actually climbs. Amos was dressing sycamore figs when God called him. No prophet, and no prophet’s son.
So we named the night after it.
The heart of it
Last Tuesday of the month
6:30 to 9:00 PM

Sycamore is where the whole community gathers. Dinner, real conversation, and something worth staying for. It’s also where we lay out everything happening the month ahead, so if you only ever come to one thing, come to this.
Open to all young adults, 19 to 39. No registration, no commitment, no experience necessary. Just show up.
Season 2026 / 2027
The rest of the month
Most of it runs once a month. The sports and salsa run weekly. You are not expected at all of it.
Formation & faith
Scripture, honestly. A room of men working through the text together and talking about what it actually asks of us.
Monthly
Scripture, community, and space to bring your real life to it. Runs the same evening as the men’s group, in its own room.
Monthly
The questions you were told not to ask. Why do we believe this? What about that? Come with the hard ones.
Monthly
Life & community
For teachers and everyone working in schools. How do you live your faith in a classroom, and what do you do with the parts that are hard?
Monthly, all ages
For nurses, doctors, PSWs, techs, and anyone in care work. The moral weight of the job, and carrying it with faith.
Monthly, all ages
For dating, engaged, and married couples. A night out that’s actually about the two of you and the life you’re building.
Monthly
Not a matchmaking service. A room of people in the same season, building real friendships.
Monthly
Outreach & recreation
We go out into the city with food and conversation for people who don’t get much of either. One of the most direct things we do.
Monthly
No partner needed, no experience needed. Come learn something and stay for the fun of it.
Friday nights
All skill levels. Turn up and play.
Weekly, Tuesdays
Same deal. Run it back.
Weekly, Thursdays
Trips

Open to young adults
Dominican Republic
Service, immersion, and a week that reorders how you see things.

Coming 2028
Rome and central Italy. The Camino de Santiago. France.
Basically a pilgrimage without calling it a pilgrimage. Food, culture, history, sightseeing, nightlife and free time, with Mass, prayer, churches, saints and the Catholic story of each place woven in naturally.
Get on the list and you’ll hear before it’s announced anywhere else.
How to get involved
01
Last Tuesday of the month. That’s genuinely the whole first step.
02
One group or all of them. Something on this page probably caught your eye, so try it. Nobody is keeping count either way.
03
Most people come the first time because a friend dragged them. Be the friend.
